SEPTEMBER 2025
September was an INTENSE month for me - so much stuff happened.
Let’s go through things one by one.
ENNEA BASS UPDATES:
Glued and machined fretboards with glow in the dark inlays
This video reached 5M views on Facebook!
PARALLAX UPDATES:
Finished sanding
Sprayed the satin finish, but had to respray the top. Apparently I sanded polyester too fine and there wasn’t enough adhesion, so it pealed off. Should have filmed it, but I was too upset to do any filming :)
Resprayed successfully and finished up the frets
WORKSHOP:
The big one. We moved into a house and I’ll be slowly but steadily tooling up the workshop. I’ll start assembling guitars and taking pictures there. I will later add fretwork, but machining, sanding and spraying stays at Dingwall.
No idea where to start 😄
I might just bring the Parallax, start assembling it and see what tools I’m missing. Because it’s too hard to come up with everything I’m going to need without actually doing it.
COMMUNITY BUILD:
The voting on Top and Body wood is pretty much done, but we need another round on the top, as the votes are way too close between Buckeye and a catch-all Exotic category. The submission is already active.
NEPTUNE and CS models reborn:
